  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 dried orange wheel, for garnish
  • cherry wood chips, for smoking

Instructions

  1. Add Campari, sweet vermouth, and gin to a glass with ice and stir. Garnish with dried orange wheel.
  2. Burn cherry wood chips beside the co*cktail on a heat-proof base and cover everything with a cloche for 30 seconds or longer for extra smokiness.

Notes
