This feedback is a little late coming. However, recently purchased a very nice Explorer I from Chase at Nashvillewatch (AU_911tt), and he was speedy and professional at every turn. I was never left with any questions about the deal or shipping. Watch came quickly, just as described, and I was happy as could be.

I just concluded a purchase from Chase (AU_911tt on the forum). I had not dealt with him before but I know that he is a very Trusted Seller here on TRF and elsewhere, has impeccable feedback and also owns a brick and mortar location in Nashville. Because of all that, I was very confident in dealing with him right off the bat, but with all the imposters out there I did take a few precautions to make sure that I was actually dealing with the real Chase.

Just wanted to say that Chase is everything that the hundreds of other stellar reviews say that he is. Fast to respond (even while he was on vacation as he told me later), all questions answered, very fair pricing and the most careful shipping packaging that I have actually ever seen…fedex padded bag then double boxed, foam peanuts, bubble wrap…etc.

To say it was nerve-racking buying my first Rolex would be an understatement. After giving up on ADs I went to the secondary to find my grial, the Explorer 214270.

As I mentioned in a prior post, I was looking for a Submariner Date while on vacation in NYC. Didn’t know of the market shortage or Rolex until I went into numerous AD’s in NYC. So I went home and tried to get on the list at a couple of AD’s with no real luck. Meaning one at least took my name, but neither really seemed interested. I decided then that my time was more valuable than driving around to AD’s and buttering them up to be polite. That’s not in my nature.

So I contacted Chase as he had an unworn watch that was exactly what I wanted. I traded in my 2014 Explorer. He was able to give me a valuation by looking at the photos. We agreed upon a price, he emailed me shipping labels (overnight FedEx), he received my watch the next day and shipped the Sub to me that same day, and I received the watch following day.

In the end, likely easier than even buying face to face with an AD. Yes, I paid a bit over MSRP. But I’m satisfied and that’s all that matters. The amount I paid over MSRP was well worth not having to make those trips to AD’s.

Oh yeah, the watch was advertised but I assumed that would be a given.

Recently wrapped up an excellent transaction with Chase at Nashville Watch (AU_911tt). Fast and responsive communication … We quickly worked out a deal on a trade-in, shipped my watch to him, and the new watch was shipped to me the next day.

I know Chase has a ton of positive reviews here and rightfully so. This isn’t the normal thumbs up for a trusted seller. This is the detail about why Chase has earned the moniker of trusted seller.

Step1 – Easy to work with and a nice smooth negotiation for a trade. No back and forth, just honest pricing so both sides are happy.

Step2 – 100% rapid communication every step of the way. He told me what he was going to do and then followed through.

Step 3 – Security – This is increasingly important every day on TRF!!!!! We exchanged emails, texts and then had a quick voice call. Its always good to check and make sure the person you are working with is who they say they are. You never know when a good person’s account gets hacked. I did my due diligence. His email and phone numbers matched a ton of for sale ads over the years and his website.

Step 4 – Made it easy! I sent him my trade. He evaluated it and immediately sent me wire info for the balance. Within 2 hours he emailed telling me the wire hit and that my trade was on the way with Fedex tracking info for Saturday AM delivery.

Step 5 – Satisfaction – The watch I received is in fantastic shape as described.

This was truly a first class experience and one that I hope to repeat. I will definitely bookmark Nashvillewatch.com and will not hesitate to contact Chase the next time I am shopping.

Only complaint is that the post stated “hardly worn”. When i asked him about it he told me there were probably some scratches in the band. There was not a single scratch, mark, or spec of dust on the watch. He is under promising and over delivering!!

I recently purchased a Sub no-date (114060) from Chase at Nashville Watch, and it was a flawless transaction.

From the date of cash wire, I had the watch on my wrist under 24hr, which is incredible considering the distance (Nashville -> NYC). The watch itself is amazing, and came exactly as described (and looks even better in person).

I look forward to working with Chase again once my bank account has time to recover

Had the pleasure of dealing with Chase (AU_911tt) on two Rolexes, GMT II BLNR and Sub 116610LV. Chase had the best prices I can find on these watches in unworn condition. Wired money on October 25th and received it through overnight delivery the next morning.

I think I found the watches using Google which led me to this forum. Registered on this site to give my feedback on Chase. If anyone’s on the fence on dealing with him, don’t worry. He’s a very good source and has very fair pricing. I will definitely purchase from him again if I have the itch for a couple more watches.

I just purchased my first Rolex () and worked with Chase from Nashville Watch – a Submariner 14060m. The watch was better than described, and the sale went very smoothly, as you’ll see is standard for Chase. Also, not that I felt I had to, but when I went to my nearby Rolex service center to get help sizing the watch, they verified authenticity and the recent service and warranty. Very reassuring!

But I also want to point out that being a newbie to the forums, I was a very timid buyer, and Chase was a perfect gentleman, reading and responding quickly to my long paranoid emails, and taking time to talk with me on the phone. He was patient and very honest and straightforward and instilled a lot of confidence. Anyone out there worried about doing this for the first time, you’re in great hands with Chase.

Inquired about a watch on thursday night; despite late hours chase was incredibly responsive. I had made a 100% decision by friday morning and worked with Chase to arrange payment.
