-HAVE A COPY OF YOUR PRINTED OR DIGITAL INVOICE. You may be turned away without proof of purchase in the form of printed or digital invoice.
-PULL UP TO THE BAY DOORS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. If the East driveway is full, please wait in your vehicle until space becomes available. DO NOT DOUBLE-PARK OR BLOCK VEHICLES IN DRIVEWAY.
-TOPDEALZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING OR SECURING OF LOAD TO YOUR VEHICLE.If your item weighs over 100lbs., you may need to bring assistance for loading.
-No appointment needed for pick up

Payment:
- The credit card on file with bidder’s account will be charged at the close of the auction.
- If the bidder’s payment is declined for any reason, the bidder will be unable to receive unpaid items.
- Payment onsite is accepted in the form of cash or credit card. Exact change is required for all cash transactions.
- Invoices exceeding $2,000 cannot be paid by credit card on file. Buyers will be required to pay onsite with cash or a cashier’s check.
- If the bidder does not provide sufficient funds within the three (3) Business Days after the auction close date, additional fees may apply.
- Multiple instances of unpaid invoices will result in a permanent ban from the Equip-Bid site and all affiliates..
Pick-Up:
- If it is not possible to collect the items on the scheduled collection days, DO NOT OFFER.
- When bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally required to be charged for all items won and you agree to remove them from the auction site.
- To pick up items, go to 1150 W 151st St, Olathe, KS 66061, Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, from 10 am to 1 pm. All items held for more than seven (7) days are considered abandoned and lost property.
- Remove of the product after the established withdrawal date must have an appontiment and a small storage fee will be charged.
Refunds:
- All items are guaranteed to function as intended unless listed as damaged or incomplete.
- TopDealz offers a Seven (7) Calendar Days (Mon-Fri, 10:00am – 5:00pm) return policy on all items unless listed as damaged or incomplete.
- The Seven (7) Calendar Days (Mon-Fri, 10:00am – 5:00pm) return policy extends to functionality of item ONLY. This guarantee does not extend to cosmetic condition, color, or hardware included.
- Bidders must contact Topdealz (816-718-5411)within 72 hoursof the Auction Close Date to submit a claim.
- All items for refund must be returned to TopDealzwithin 7 Calendar Daysof auction close date (1150 W 151st St, Olathe, KS 66061) prior to receiving refund.
- After Seven (7) Calendar Days from auction close date, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Tax-Exempt Bidders:
- Tax-exemption forms must be provided for each invoice.
- Tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account.
- Upon providing tax-exemption forms to Topdealz, contact this affiliate at 816-718-5411 to remove tax from each invoice. Tax exempt forms must be provided within 24 hours following closure of each auction.
Liability:Liability of TopDealz be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged 9:00 am the day following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.Payment onsiteis NOTaccepted at this location.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.Standard pick-up times are Tuesday and Friday 10:00-5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00:1:00pm . Holidays/weather may affect these hours. You are alloted 3 business days (M-F) to pick up items from the auction's clos date, no appointment needed. If you are unable to pick up your items within that time frame,a small storage fee will be charged. Items will be returned back to auction after 7 days from close date.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe,items will be forfeited and return back to auction.Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify the Equip-Bid office by email or phone no later than 9:00 am the day following the auction's close.
Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.Otherwise no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items.Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withTopDealz,contact us at816-718-5411 before 9:00 am or the card on file will be charged. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
